They were quite professional and transparent in their dealings with me up to when I got the keys to my rented apartment. They thereafter were in touch to see to my family settling down comfortably in the new residence. Shahnaz Laloui, who is the Lettings Negotiator, gave my interaction with the agency a personal touch explaining every portion of the contract agreement and options available.This enabled me to take an informed decision on the property. I’m a landlord who’s been with Bairstow for approaching two years. The agents themselves are fantastic, they’ve found me great tenants who have paid on time and looked after my property. This being said, in January this year I’ve had a minor issue which has taken them approaching 4 months to deal with. Their property management company are terrible! They won’t answer my calls, I’ve chased them repeatedly to get the job done and I’ve now been told after 4 months that I have to source my own contractor to finish the job. I’ll be ending my contract with them as soon as I can

Poor service from this Branch, went to view flat for a cash purchase and emailed an offer, no response from them, even tried to call and it always goes to voicemail. Even when I went to view the flat the agent didn’t know anything about the flat, no double glazing but according to him it’s has, didn’t know if the flat had an up to date EICR, knew nothing about the central heating and water system. What is the point of him showing us the flat if he knew nothing about it and can’t answer basic questions.
