GoogleStarted Great with Darryl the manager, than all went downhill, he left so all his staff, there was no one to deal with as it become a ghost estate agent with only the mortgage adviser working there no one from sales as they all as mention left, a cover was sent in from another branch as a sales advisor he had too much on his plate to deal with( he tried his hardest not his fault it's the overall corporation way of working), my advise stay away from this massive estate agent (countrywide) as one day you have a fully staffed estate agent the next day they all gone, wasted 6 weeks with no one trying to sell my property, I'm furious, their area manager pretended nothing happening at the beginning until faced with reality. look at their record they are the lowest performing agency in terms of sales.

GoogleFollowing many issues on our property, James Ambrose took ownership and have made us a loyal customer of his. He is efficient, professional and very supportive. He looked after our property as if it was his and that what I call going the extra mile. Despite the time difference between us(as we currently reside in Singapore) he always gets back to us immediately. I would like to thank him and Jodie sincerely.

GoogleI have an experience to rent out my property. Nadiyah started very sharp, professionally explained everything and keep texting me for booked views on the property on a daily basis which was great. However it took while to find a tenant, but they found a good tenant ! It is only second month the tenant is living there and so far everything is good. Thank you.

GoogleA property we made an offer on got sold over £20k less than what we offered. I cant image that the seller is aware of this shenanigans. Absolutely livid and will take further. Cant stand rogue agents.
