I just wanted to leave this review to praise Shanon. She is a lovely bubbly professional person who is understanding, patient and always greets you with a smile. She is hardworking and always puts the customer first. She engages with prospective buyers with knowledge about the property and with helpful suggestions for those who lack vision. You can clearly sense her passion for her job and she will always do her best to accommodate the customers' needs and makes them feel at ease.

If I could rate this branch/company zero stars I would. I am sitting writing this review on my 36th day of no hot water or heating in the middle of winter as a tenant at one of the properties this branch manage. The customer service/ communication is awful, I have to ring continuously and email multiple times a day for any sort of update. There is an issue with our boiler and we are awaiting repairs and not one single member of staff care. I would also like to highlight the maintenance team are through Countrywide who own this company or is part of their group and they absolutely have no clue what they are doing or how to handle the situation. Even no update would be an update for us. The lady who was dealing with us, Lily Radwell the property manager has offered no support whatsoever and couldn’t care less about tenants. She has even shouted at us on the phone and hung up. At the moment we are trying to obtain our landlords details to go directly to him or obtain some legal advice as it does not look like this issue will be fixed anytime soon. It’s also very disheartening as we are good tenants who look after the property and have never failed/payed late rent. If you are planing on renting a property through Bairstow or any branch/estate agency under the Countrywide group as a tenant or landlord I strongly advise against this.

Totally disappointed with the customer service at this branch. Everything was running smoothly and professionally whilst Jodie looked after us with a property to rent for my dad. She went on annual leave and then the nightmare begun. The day we were meant to sign contracts and get the keys to the flat, 5 mins before arriving at the branch they called to tell us they had issues. On arrival at the branch we were told we couldn’t sign the contracts as they were still not ready. Someone had made a mistake and hence they were now 5 days late. We were also informed there were issues with the checks which was news to us. Joanna the admin staff was clueless. Checks and everything had been cleared and any issues were all clarified and approved. Joanna didn’t even make eye contact as my dad was trying to speak with her. I’ve never come across someone so rude in their manner. They literally said my father couldn’t move in that day and further checks would need to be made. Next day we were told landlord didn’t want to rent the property. I will never be using them again and advise anyone that doesn’t want to be disappointed on the move in date to avoid them. They don’t even communicate amongst themselves to find out what’s going on before letting down customers!!

I cannot thank Jodie enough. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Jodie really cares about her tenants and landlords. She is fair and honest when dealing with you. Jodie has gone above and beyond to help my mum find a new flat (which hasn't been easy for a number of reasons) and we genuinely appreciate her kindness and effort. I've had to contact many estate agents and I honestly wouldn't want to deal with anyone else. Landlords - please use this branch to sell or rent your homes because tenants need more agents like Jodie. Thank you once again!

I have just sold a property for the first time, and Bairstowe eves Enfield handled the sale for me. John the manager handled the majority of the work & he did a great job keeping me up to date with any developments. He also was involved with both sets of solicitors & kept all parties informed. The whole process took about 11 weeks to sell the property & im very pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend Bairstowe eves if you are looking to sell. *Save Your Time and Money - Avoid This Place* I highly recommend steering clear of Bairstow Eves Enfield Town. Our experience here was incredibly disappointing due to the unprofessionalism exhibited by Derek and Ben. From the start, our emails were ignored, and promised callbacks never happened. It felt like there was no genuine interest in making a deal or following through on commitments. I am a landlord with properties in the UK for the last 15 years.  Lanes/Bairstow Eves have managed my properties all this time. I find this company to be very Professional with all staff very courteous..Just an hour ago I called their office looking for documents in a hurry I talk to Genta Bala and within 30 minutes I had them emailed to me. That is the quality of service you will get from Bairstow Eves. In all the 15 years I never had a problem with any of my tenant's thanks to Lanes and Bairstow Eves finding good quality tenants ..As a landlord, I find this is the company's greatest strength. John Antoniou and Alisan Sanoglu (Bairstow Eves, Countrywide) were the agents for the house I bought in Enfield. Alisan's knowledge and excellent understanding of the local market helped me decide to buy the house. John has helped me during the purchase process. He communicated between the sellers and me. He was always available to answer my questions. He worked well beyond what one could expect. He was open, transparent and reliable and always reachable during the entire purchase process, including on Sundays and stayed in touch constantly. He has been an excellent mediator between me, vendors and our solicitors to help expedite the buying process. He kept me informed and calm throughout the purchase process. I had an appointment to view a rental house four days in advance, asked for a shift change, and spent 45 minutes on two buses, only for a lady to call me 15 minutes before the appointment saying the house had already been rented... unscrupulous people!

An update to my previous review: I still would like to comment on their Excellent service! The agent demonstrated interest in my search criteria and immediately informed me when something came up. The support and guidance i received during the process is 5 star, definitely will check first with them when i move again in the future. At the end of my tenancy the entire Enfield team was there to assist me every step of the way with my end of tenancy tasks due to relocation back to my home Country, where i would like to give special thanks to Daniel & Joanne for all their efforts. Thanks to this wonderful agency, we are now home owners, it’s a miracle! Farouk is the go to guy for anything to do with properties, he really went the extra mile for us. With his help we managed to secure the mortgage deal we needed to buy the home which was at first only just out of our reach. We didn’t actually buy our home through Bairstow, but meeting James and Farouk played a vital part in acquiring the property we had our eye on. We’d originally made an offer on a home which was turned down, but with our new mortgage agreement our offer had finally been accepted. Despite not getting a sale out of us, Farouk was so happy to hear we’d finally made it. What a long journey it had been! We are so grateful to these people for helping us the way they did, they treated us as good friends being reliable, caring and very knowledgable. We count ourselves extremely lucky for having met Farouk and his lovely team, with James and Silvan making dreams come true!

We are renting our flat through Bairstow Eves for one year already. We just had an accident that we locked our keys in the flat and we couldn't get into flat. We called Bairstow Eves office just few minutes before the agency closes and we were lucky there still was sales manager Reginald Sealy in the office. He kindly agreed to bring the keys to us and basically saved us stress and money which we otherwise would have payed to Locksmiths to open our door. Thank you Reginald, it was very kind of you!
