I have just sold a property for the first time, and Bairstowe eves Enfield handled the sale for me. John the manager handled the majority of the work & he did a great job keeping me up to date with any developments. He also was involved with both sets of solicitors & kept all parties informed. The whole process took about 11 weeks to sell the property & im very pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend Bairstowe eves if you are looking to sell. *Save Your Time and Money - Avoid This Place* I highly recommend steering clear of Bairstow Eves Enfield Town. Our experience here was incredibly disappointing due to the unprofessionalism exhibited by Derek and Ben. From the start, our emails were ignored, and promised callbacks never happened. It felt like there was no genuine interest in making a deal or following through on commitments. If you’re looking for a place that values its clients and maintains professionalism, I suggest seeking alternatives. Save yourself the time, money, and headache!

DO NOT BUY OR SELL WITH BAIRSTOW EVES SOUTHEND ON SEA. Absolute Mickey Mouse setup where the agents dont even know who to contact to confirm a viewing! And so rude and unprofessional!Happy to explain more but not enough space!! Plenty of good Estate Agents around, I implore you not to use them!!!

John Antoniou and Alisan Sanoglu (Bairstow Eves, Countrywide) were the agents for the house I bought in Enfield. Alisan's knowledge and excellent understanding of the local market helped me decide to buy the house. John has helped me during the purchase process. He communicated between the sellers and me. He was always available to answer my questions. He worked well beyond what one could expect. He was open, transparent and reliable and always reachable during the entire purchase process, including on Sundays and stayed in touch constantly. He has been an excellent mediator between me, vendors and our solicitors to help expedite the buying process. He kept me informed and calm throughout the purchase process. I am a landlord with properties in the UK for the last 15 years.  Lanes/Bairstow Eves have managed my properties all this time. I find this company to be very Professional with all staff very courteous..Just an hour ago I called their office looking for documents in a hurry I talk to Genta Bala and within 30 minutes I had them emailed to me. That is the quality of service you will get from Bairstow Eves. A real estate agency to avoid, they provide lousy customer service. I had an appointment to view a rental house four days in advance, asked for a shift change, and spent 45 minutes on two buses, only for a lady to call me 15 minutes before the appointment saying the house had already been rented... unscrupulous people!

To all landlords leave them as soon as you can. These people don't listen to landlords. They done investigate. They only work to pass on cost to landlord. They dont care if the property is damaged or not been looked after. They even done care if tenant is in breach of tenancy agreement.

Thanks to this wonderful agency, we are now home owners, it’s a miracle! Farouk is the go to guy for anything to do with properties, he really went the extra mile for us. With his help we managed to secure the mortgage deal we needed to buy the home which was at first only just out of our reach. We didn’t actually buy our home through Bairstow, but meeting James and Farouk played a vital part in acquiring the property we had our eye on. We’d originally made an offer on a home which was turned down, but with our new mortgage agreement our offer had finally been accepted. Despite not getting a sale out of us, Farouk was so happy to hear we’d finally made it. What a long journey it had been! We are so grateful to these people for helping us the way they did, they treated us as good friends being reliable, caring and very knowledgable. We count ourselves extremely lucky for having met Farouk and his lovely team, with James and Silvan making dreams come true!

We are renting our flat through Bairstow Eves for one year already. We just had an accident that we locked our keys in the flat and we couldn't get into flat. We called Bairstow Eves office just few minutes before the agency closes and we were lucky there still was sales manager Reginald Sealy in the office. He kindly agreed to bring the keys to us and basically saved us stress and money which we otherwise would have payed to Locksmiths to open our door. Thank you Reginald, it was very kind of you!

An update to my previous review: I still would like to comment on their Excellent service! The agent demonstrated interest in my search criteria and immediately informed me when something came up. The support and guidance i received during the process is 5 star, definitely will check first with them when i move again in the future. At the end of my tenancy the entire Enfield team was there to assist me every step of the way with my end of tenancy tasks due to relocation back to my home Country, where i would like to give special thanks to Daniel & Joanne for all their efforts.
