Suzanne Cutler has been my property manager for more years than I can remember! Our relationship is complicated by the fact that I am a landlord who resides in New Zealand. Invariably when Suzanne is needing answers from me, I am asleep, but we certainly make it work. Suzanne is so organised and so efficient. Any request or question I might have are answered with lightning speed and this is very reassuring when I am so far away. There are occasions when the posting of a positive review is both justified and appropriate. This is one such occasion. Having registered contact details with Leaders in Emsworth, along with a number of other local Estate Agents, and having described the kind of property we were looking for we started to receive details of prospective properties which matched the criteria. At Leaders we were fortunate to have met Lindsey Hart. Whilst many of the Agents we registered with did indeed follow up, Lindsey called on a non-intrusively regular basis and followed up with e-mails. She was knowledgeable, encouraging, pleasant and extremely efficient. We are grateful to her, and her colleagues, and would have no hesitation whatsoever to recommend Leaders in Emsworth to others. Got a letting through Jess and she was wonderful the whole way through. After struggling for months to find a place, she actually reached out to the landlord for us regarding pets within an hour of me calling to enquire, which over the months of us looking no other agent thought to do to help out. She was prompt and informative the whole way through and clearly takes pride in her work. As first time renters she made sure we were on board with everything through the whole process with a friendly, professional attitude throughout.
