GoogleNot overly helpful when initially requesting properties to view in branch but once I found one online which was with Leaders, from making that call to arrange a viewing, the service was brilliant. Never a problem to book in for more than one viewing, very informative, friendly and communication great. Thank you.

GoogleI have rented out a property through Leaders for several years. Suzanne has always been most helpful and responsive when issues arise. She deals with everything in a very professional manner. When speaking to the tenants they also have the same view of Suzanne. I have had bad experiences with other Agents so working with Suzanne has been a welcome experience.

GoogleBeen without hot water in the bath/shower since Friday, only today has someone gone out to look at fixing it, got told the contractor may not be able to go in because there’s dogs, then on the ring doorbell we’ve seen them going in and out 8 minutes later (no communication to say wether it’s been fixed or not), got home from work and it’s still not repaired and no one’s contacted us to let us know when it will be fixed it’s constantly us chasing, not acceptable having to bath a year old baby by having to fill the bath with the kettle. Now been told it should be tomorrow and hopefully landlord accepts the work needing to be done! Not fair at all. Should not take 5 days to get this resolved.

Hugo and David have done magnificent work, not just in finding me a tenant but in keeping me and the future tenant sane during all the difficulties of renting out my (leasehold, over-55 only) property. They have shown outstanding professionalism and have given so much time and thought to everything - always being there on the end of the phone with reassurance and sensible suggestions - I really can't praise them enough. 6 star performance, guys!
