Jess at leaders has been absolutely fantastic in supporting with our move to a new rental property taking our concerns onboard understanding our specific needs and making sure the property meets those requirements but also representing us well to the landlord, Jess also brightened my day greatly she has a wonderful energy and for the first time with an agent we didn't feel rushed during a viewing which gave us the time to fall in love with the property! This was our first experience as landlords and we had an excellent service from the team at Leaders, Emsworth. I have to particularly mention, Jessica Illman, who supported us immensely throughout the whole process. She is extremely efficient, always communicated with regular updates, was positive and reassuring. She is highly professional but gives that 'personal touch'. I feel she went to the extra mile which made our journey to find a tenant as smooth as possible. I am very satisfied and highly recommend Jess and her team.

We have recently moved into Emsworth and have to say that Hugo Tansley has been a star. He always (even when feeling unwell) had a smile on his face, was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to make sure not only that we found a property we liked but that any problems were sorted as soon as possible. Any contact we have had with other members of staff have also been very positive. We would certainly recommend Leaders at Emsworth. The only niggle we had was with an automated system that promised to make our transfer to facilities like Council tax, water companies etc seam free. Even though we did not give permission our gas and electricity was changed to another company and took a lot of hassle to get it changed back to the company we wanted. we would not recommend this system to anyone. Thankyou though for everything else

From start to finish of the sale of my property, I was extremely happy with the service and attention I had from Leaders, and Tyler Downie was the main person I dealt with. He was professional and clear in all communications regarding how Leaders would market my flat and was available to speak to whenever I needed to. It was a challenging journey to sale due to events outside of our control but Tyler kept everything going with patience and tact and professionalism. His communications with me helped enormously as he listened to all my concerns and addressed everything. I really appreciated this so much as I did wonder at certain junctions if this sale was ever going to go through! Leaders were recommended to me and I wouldn't hesitate to also recommend this Estate Agency to anyone buying or selling.

Having recently completed a move as a tenant moving into the area, Aaron was great and guided me through the whole process very efficiently. He always returned my calls and replied promptly to emails. He was a pleasure to deal with and made the whole process very easy. Jess was also helpful and efficient every time I spoke to her. The only reason I haven’t given a 5 star review is that the tenancy progression team weren’t so responsive, which was frustrating.
