Natasha has been the principal person we have dealt with and she has been fantastic; efficient, courteous, professional, understanding and kind. Not to say that the rest of the team are any less. All our dealings with them have been so helpful. My husband is a wheelchair user and Natasha has been so understanding about his needs. She also presented the information we needed about the house in a succinct and understanding manner so that before we saw it we had an idea of how it could work for us. My initial reticence was understood and Natasha was patient when I changed my mind and gave us time to look around at my husband's pace. Unlike other Estate Agents who push and bombard you with details of houses that are completely unsuitable, these people are understanding while retaining all the professionalism needed. We would recommend them 100%!!

Hugo has been fantastic throughout the entire letting process. He was polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. I really appreciated how quickly he turned around every request and how clearly he explained each step of the process. The property was listed quickly and let just as fast. On a personal level, I enjoyed our football chats, it showed he took the time to connect with us as people, not just clients, which made the experience even better. We also dealt with Amy, who was equally helpful. She answered telephone queries promptly and explained everything clearly. Overall, a great experience with Leaders thanks to both Hugo and Amy for supporting us in our journey. Highly recommended.

My view of this estate agents has seriously slipped over the last year. Last year, Jess was fantastic in helping us find a property. That’s about all I have to say that’s good. We had several issues at our rental property. One of them being a water leak from a bath onto live electrics. Our property manager did not seem at all phased by this, and although as a matter of urgency, seemed unbothered. This then voided any insurance. There were also cases of “he said she said” between the property managers, us and our landlord. This issue took several weeks to resolve. After a rental increase, we decided to hand our notice in. I gave dates I could personally allow for viewings, and we were sent incorrect dates for viewings to be done at the property, or not informed at all. I stayed home on the first day of the viewing, and was asked several questions from viewers, that I felt the letting agent should have known, for example whether the property came with parking or not. Once the property had been let, we were also not informed and I had to call to ask, due to our internet and other bill providers sending me emails, cancelling our services. I feel there is a great lack of communication. Even to the point, where I called my property manager to let her know we had posted the keys to the property, (due to the branch not being open a Sunday when our lease finished), and 3 hours later receiving two calls asking where the keys were. In all honesty, it made the stress of moving, even more stressful. I am throughly glad we are not letting with Leaders again.

This is an update to my earlier review, I have had the pleasure of dealing with Hugo in the last few months finding a new tenant for my property. Hugo is extremely professional and courteous . He has worked diligently to ensure a new tenant has been signed up. I always get a phone call and regular updates , he has worked extremely hard this time round overcoming issues with tenant referencing, credit checks etc.He has also shown great commitment working whilst sick, not something common anymore in the workforce .I would give Hugo 5 stars and would look to do business with him in the future. I dealt with Jessica following a terrible experience with another letting agent. ( I am a landlord) I have given Jessica 5 stars for the following reasons. - Excellent knowledge of the current rental market resulting in an accurate valuation - A strong customer base , the property was rented out after the first set of viewings . - Excellent communication, this is such an important and often understated quality in a good estate agent. All queries dealt with in a timely manner and I GET A PHONE CALL BACK I cannot stress enough how poor other agents are at calling back. - I have spoken to Jessica later than the working day, this shows the commitment and drive of a great agent. - I haven't been a landlord since 2006 and alot of the legislation has changed and I found some of this somewhat confusing initially. Jessica has been incredibly patient and helpful and has organised things such as cleaning the property and an additional electrical inspection ( both not yet part of our contract) - The property is a family property preciously owned by my mother who is terminally ill, during the switch of land deeds and myself taking over the estate Jessica has been extremely kind and helpful to my mother. Interpersonal genuine soft skills go along way. ( My mother speaks very highly of Jessica and her professionalism). I would be surprised if Jessica is not a branch manager in 5 years.( Leaders put this in place or someone else will).
