GoogleUnder Charis Henn’s guidance, the team at Emsworth have helped us to find our way through the often traumatic process of selling our deceased mother’s property. We have received good professional advice, delivered with kindness and empathy, with excellent communication at every stage. Our business at Emsworth is now concluded with a successful sale but I would recommend Charis, her team and Leaders to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.

GoogleI have rarely come acros such unprofessional ignorant and rude behaviour. My partner popped into the Emsworth branch to request a viewing and she was told she needed a credit check just to view. The older woman shouted at her because her mask had slipped. I then went in and was told that credit checks were required to view and this had been the case for 10 years - this is a lie! She also shouted at me for stepping on the Covid Line - Yeah!! If you can avoid this joke of an estate agents please - do I made several complainst to head office and theyre cleraly nor bothered - this is definitley the scumbag end of Estate Agency - avoid at all costs!!!NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleLindsey at the Emsworth office was most helpful in pointing out a similar property viewed two doors away which was being auctioned by a Leaders subsidiary. Thanks to her the property auctioned was secured. She then assisted in acting as a go between the executors of the house & ourselves in finding out relevant information required. A brilliant service.

GoogleI have recently moved house. I bought and sold through Leaders Estate Agents in Emsworth and I found them to be courteous, efficient and sensitive to my situation. They were always willing to comply with my wishes with regard to viewing a property. I found each member of staff to be most helpful whether I had telephone contact only or personal contact. I cannot praise them highly enough and would certainly recommend them to others.

GoogleI chose to use Leaders estate agents in Emsworth on recommendations from friends who have previously dealt with Leaders, Charis and Lauren of the sales team made me feel very welcome, there professional approach in dealing with my property was excellent. They kept me well informed during the selling stage and also contacting me with the progress of how it was going. They also liaised with my solicitor right up to when exchanging of contracts took place. I would certainly recommend Leaders estate agents to anyone.

GoogleWould NOT recommend them to anyone. The service we have received during the tenancy is shocking. Our stuff has been ruined by mould which was in the property BEFORE we moved in and the stuff is only 3 months old. I also have asthma and they do not seem to care that this is causing health problems. Many people I know have stated the same thing about how bad the company is. They do not get back to us when they said they would. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
