I would be more than happy to recommend you use D.B Roberts... if you want to be lied to on a regular basis and enjoy dealing with incompetent, unprofessional people who seem to be happy to waste your time and money. I can not begin to explain how difficult D.B Roberts made my life for 6 months. We put our home on the market with D.B Roberts and it sold in 3 days (had 3 offers on the same day, and took the offer that they advised), then after 3 days the offer disappeared, not to worry D.B Roberts sold it again, this time it took 2 weeks for that sale to fall through. So, after 3 weeks of accepting offers and having them fall through we finally got another offer for the asking price. Matt Gilbert was our man (he was the captain of this doomed trip on the sea of incompetence and lies), to say that Matt lied to us every time we spoke would probably be a slight exaggeration, I think at least 10% of what he said was the truth, for example I'm pretty sure his name was Matt, other than that you really cant believe anything that he said. The great thing about D.B Roberts handling our sale was that we were in a small chain with 3 properties involved, not the most difficult of situations. I had our mortgage agreed, as did our buyers and the other buyers were cash buyers. Great stuff. The only issue being (as we found out after 4 months) was that the cash buyer was awaiting their funds to be transferred from their unknown, wealthy uncle and/or the recently crowned prince of a far off land (cant remember which one). In reality, the cash buyer was someone who didn't actually have the cash available to buy the property and wouldn't be in a position to buy the property for at least a year. D.B Roberts purposely kept this information from me and my buyer, this resulted in me spending over 4k in legal costs and surveys without having any real chance of completing the sale/purchase of my property.

Still no reply to what happened to the flat we won @ auction.. have noticed now that is re advertised by d Robertsand I am sold..at a guide price 12k cheaper than what we won it for.. after seeing your reply yesterday.. I have to say that you have not made contact with us about the situation this is not true..some honesty would be nice from d b Robert's about this matter

DB Roberts were fantastic!! We saw a house we wanted and needed to get ours on the market pronto! Dan came out to appraise our house, discussed valuation and the rationale behind it, pulled out all the stops to get super images done using professional photographer and for us live within 3 days. We were then handed over to the very capable hands of Adam and Lottie who provided us with a constant stream of qualified viewings, we sold very quickly but they kept us informed throughout. Dan also kept us in the loop in terms of new properties coming in the market we may be interested in viewing which was amazing. The commission charged was less than other agents and worth every penny - thank you DB Roberts- top class!
