Bernard Skinner Eltham reviews

Bernard Skinner Agency was really helpful recently selling my property in what proved to be a difficult market (Brexit!!). Sales side (Scott) was hard working with excellent communcation. Sales progressor (Amanda) was informative and comminication between buyer and seller via Amanda was efficient and proactive. It is expensive at 1% commission plus VAT but this is competitive in comparison to other local agents. I believe that the determination to obtain a sale was worth the price when considering possible use of online agencies - I'm not sure that the same level of effort would have been made.

We recently bought a property in Mottingham through Bernard & Skinner. Received an extremely professional service from them, especially Steven who looked after our case. He kindly arranged two follow up visits at a short notice. He contacted vendors on our behalf about a few issues that needed clarification and communicated back to us promptly. We were regularly informed about the progress of the deal at every step. Both of us (my wife & I) would recommend them. My wife bought her first property through them as well. We will happy to use their services again in future, although this might mean that I ended up winning that Euro-millions jackpot eventually 😊 Rajni & Suneel

I wish I could score "Bernard Skinner" ten stars because I certainly would! This estate agent have a totally caring , hard working bunch of people working in the office who are committed to supporting their clients every step of the way. I have spoken to many members of the team and they are all knowledgeable, patient and helpful.. They do not offer the usual "sales talk" There is a genuine sense of care and commitment to the client and without the whole "supportive package" offered to me, the selling of my property would have been a complete nightmare! I would only urge ANYONE thinking of buying / selling to look no further than "Bernard Skinner" - I cannot praise or thank them enough!

The process of buying our new home was made so much easier due to Amanda's professionalism, expertise and thorough approach. She went above and beyond during the most stressful times of the purchase to ensure we were as assured and at ease as you can be when buying a house. Whether you're purchasing or buying, we'd recommend using Bernard Skinner.

We would just like to say a huge thank you to Steven for his help purchasing our first home. Steven was equal parts professional and supportive, being first time buyers we did need our hands holding especially during the pandemic. We’d also like to thank Sam Who was also very kind and helpful at several points. Fantastic team and we would highly recommend.PositiveProfessionalism

Bernard Skinner was the most professional of the three local estate agents that we approached to sell our house and they have been friendly, accessible and efficient throughout the last three months. I particularly appreciated their, regular contact when things seemed to be in the doldrums and their ability to keep me informed about what was happening with the various solicitors in the chain. Many thanks to Amanda, Sam and Steven.
