We have received excellent service from Amanda and the team at Bernard Skinner with the sale of our late Uncle's house in Eltham. As neither my sister nor I live in the local area we had to rely on Bernard Skinner to assist us with all the steps in the sale process. Amanda was efficient and proactive and we would highly recommend the firm. Eleanor

As a purchaser, I was very pleased with the excellent service received from Bernard Skinner. Amanda and her team were very helpful and friendly, their level of professionalism is of high standard. I was kept updated throughout the whole process and queries were dealt with promptly which helped a great deal with the completion. We received an outstanding service from Amanda and her team. It was a very frustrating move as solicitors were very slow but Amanda kept everything in order and consistently updated and encouraged us with fantastic intermediary skills and never took her foot off the gas! We can thoroughly recommend Bernard Skinner. Thank you very much 😃

I would like to thank Steven Pender for his outstanding work in completing the sale of my father's house. This was a complex sale from the outset but Steven worked tirelessly with 3 sets of solicitors and the buyers, plus the agents that my dad was purchasing his next property from to push the sale through and keep all parties on board and communicating. There were various challenges throughout the process but Steven was on top of all issues driving through solutions and keeping my dad informed at all times. We finally exchanged last week much to everyone's relief and look forward to the move taking place imminently. Thanks again Steven for everything you have done for my dad its really been appreciated.

I have appreciated the friendly, professional support of the Bernard Skinner team, led by Amanda White and ably supported by Steve and Sam, throughout the sale of our late mum's house this year. Selling a property following the death of your mum is never going to be easy, particularly when combined with the rigours of Probate. Nevertheless I have felt supported the whole way, reaching a successful conclusion just in time for Christmas. Well done, and thanks to Amanda and the team.

Sam helped us through with a slightly tricky sale, relying on his network and delivering a very good transaction at a more than satisfactory price. I can't recommend Bernard Skinner more. Communication was excellent all the way through the transaction. Thank you! Consider this boutique agency as the smaller size means your transaction will be properly taken care of.

My brother and I engaged Bernard Skinner in connection with the sale of our late father's house. The support they gave us throughout the sale process was exemplary. They were especially aware of and assisted with logistical inconveniences we faced as neither of us live locally to Eltham.

Amanda and her team stuck at it when the market slowed and continued to show people around in our absence until a buyer was found. They were friendly but professional in their approach and kept us informed. What more can you ask?

I recently had the pleasure of working with Bernard Skinner Estate Agency in Eltham, and I can't recommend them enough, especially Steve, who played a crucial role in helping me purchase my dream house. From our initial meeting to the final closing, Steve was incredibly supportive, transparent, and went out of his way to ensure everything ran smoothly. Steve's deep knowledge of the local market, combined with his unwavering dedication and excellent communication skills, made the entire buying process a breeze. He was always available to answer my questions, provide valuable insights, and offer reassurances when needed. His attention to detail and commitment to his clients' best interests truly set him apart. I am immensely grateful to Steve and the Bernard Skinner team for their top-notch service and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to navigate the property market in Eltham.

Sold our Bungalow in New Eltham through Bernard Skinner. Dealt mainly with Amanda, who did a great job. Very proactive in dealings, kept me updated on progress and any problems that arose. Due to solicitors apparently haggling over details the process dragged on for about 5 months. In all that time Amanda was 'on the ball' throughout, acting as a liaison between the buyers and ourselves. There were a number of times our solicitor updated us on details that Amanda had already made me aware of weeks beforehand! If Amanda was not available there was always another member of the team who would field the query. My overall experience of Bernard Skinner was very positive, and I was extremely pleased with the service they provided.

We used Bernard Skinner for the sale of our flat in Eltham. Due to circumstances that had nothing to do with us or them, but everything to do with the seller of the property we were originally buying, it turned into quite a long and stressful process for us. The team at Bernard Skinner however supported us every step of the way with patience, professionalism, honesty and integrity. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone else thinking of selling their property. Thank you Stephen, Amanda and the rest of the team, you were great! Bernard Skinner is a fantastic company. I can't rate them enough. My partner and I used their letting services to rent out our flat. They were professional, reliable and always friendly. When it came to selling the flat, we were so impressed with them that we naturally chose them to sell the flat for us. The whole team (Stephen, Amanda and Sam ) are very friendly and provide a personal service.
