My fiance and I had the pleasure of working with Jackson-Stops Weybridge branch as we looked for a new home. Our agent Joe went above and beyond to make the process as simple and speedy as possible- he kept us updated and informed throughout what can, in some instances, be quite a stressful process/waiting period, answered any questions and queries we had as quickly as possible, and was very thorough in explaining everything they needed from us. Joe even went so far as to sent us photographic instructions when it came to document signing, this was especially helpful as working together but remotely was preferable to numerous office visits during this years Covid lockdown and restrictions. Since moving to Newmarket more than 15 years ago, we have only used Jackson Stops and Staff in. Newmarket. The most recent time was last September, when we decided to sell a property we had been renting. The whole team gave us great advice and service from setting the pricing strategy, managing the viewings and the end of tenancy for our tenants.
