We have recently exchanged contracts on the purchase of our new home. Michelle Hendrie was the agent for the vendors and was extremely helpful and professional. She managed to expedite the negotiations when there was an issue that could have cause the deal to collapse. We would definitely use Jackson-Stops in any furture property transactions.

GoogleJustine has played a key role in the initial phase of our house search. She has fantastic knowledge of the area and really took our "wants" and "wishes" into account when considering houses for us to view; each viewing has been so helpful and informative. Justine also has a really personable and calm manner which definitely made us feel we were in safe hands for house hunting - which is quite a stressful process in itself - and so having her expertise to guide us through parts of our search has been hugely reassuring!

GoogleThe staff at the Jackson-Stops Weybridge are excellent. They have tried their best to find out a buyer for our house in Walton on Thames by contacting more than 200 potential buyers and also secured some viewings. However, due to the fact that mortgage rate is very high right now, it is not the good time for selling a relatively large house. Although they have not managed to find out a buyer for us yet, we are sure that they will be successful once the housing market is turning to be better than what it is now. We truly appreciate the work and help by the Jackson-Stopes Weybridge!

Alice Creighton from Jackson - Stops visited my property last month, she was on time , polite and professional . Alice accompanied me around the property and listened to the problems I had . I felt very supported as she took photos and listened. After Alice’s visit I was quickly contacted by the relevant professionals to complete the works, I was really impressed at how quickly this was arranged . I had to contact Alice a few times with a couple of queries over the past few weeks and her reply has always been quick and informative, and minor problems solved instantly .I’m very impressed with the service that Alice provided , and feel secure that any future issues dealt with just as efficiently.

Our objective last October when we approached Jackson-Stops to market our property was to achieve a sale as soon as possible. Market conditions were not favourable and even deteriorated over the winter months. Despite this, Karl Ormerod approached the challenge professionally, liaising with us throughout the process and communicating regularly (not always during standard office hours). During the process agreeing a Let for a property, Jack Morgan, kept in constant communication and super friendly.
