My Grade 11 listed property with numerous contraventions proved extremely difficult to sell over an extended period of time.The presentation and marketing attracted multiple viewings, but potential purchasers were not prepared to accept the cover provided by the unambiguous, comprehensive indemnity.

Estate agents have a bad reputation this is true! However, Jackson Stops have complely changed my opinion. Despite problems with a pandemic, incompetent solicitors (not recommended by Jackson Stops I hasten to add) and a delicate buying chain, Mandy and her team worked tirelessly to get us over tge line into our dream house. Once we made contact we received regular check-ins from Joe providing advice and market insights during the refurbishment, marketing and letting of the property. GoogleWe have used Jackson Stops in Weybridge for several years to manage a property we own and rent out in Weybridge. Last year we had an unfortunate experience with a member of the lettings staff who dropped the ball on our tenants renewal as he moved to a new job and did not pass on information to the team, and the whole renewals team seemed in disarray. This year has been a completely different experience and both Joe Hartnett and Eloisa Williams in the renewals team have been very responsive and professional. They have found new tenants quickly and the whole process seems to be moving along very efficiently and smoothly
