High praise for Lottie Watts and the team at Jackson-Stops, Newmarket who recently sold my mother’s house. Superior sales particulars with a real attention to detail, personable and knowledgeable office staff and great communication from viewing feedback to negotiating the sale itself. They were very adaptable as the sale proved a little more complicated than first anticipated. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

She is friendly, polite with lovely manners while at the same time professional and effective. She replies immediately to emails, and she can solve efficiently any issues presented to her. She is always keen to assist, and she has the ability to solve a wide range of issues related to all kinds of properties. I believe she is an asset in the real estate industry as well as she can be considered as a brand ambassador for the Jackson-stops company.

GoogleAlthough I am only a tenant, I am very happy that the property I rent is managed by Jackson Stops. I seem to mainly communicate with their Property Manager - Loren Pogue. I was used to speaking to her on the phone - she is always highly professional, helpful and keeps me informed. Recently she did my annual property inspection and, unsurprisingly, she was again incredibly helpful and informative while not afraid to say 'don't know' and then both find out the answer and get back to me. She has certainly earned my trust and respect, and through her and others, so has Jackson Stops. Thank you.

This is a well established and professional company that has been in business for over 100 years and certainly this shows and is witnessed from the keen staff to the partners from top to bottom. Someone once told me that moving home was more stressful that having a child. Being a man I can’t attest to that but my wife can and it is. But with a superb partner like Anthony Inskip you are in superb and experienced hands He is the cool hand Luke of JS and he carries you through the tough days My wife and I have moved constantly in our 45 year careers some 14 houses. This 15th and hopefully last happy move has been in the hands of ardent professionals Jackson Stops

We had such a good experience with Jackson-Stops. From our first viewing of the property the agent gave really good advice about how and when to proceed with an offer. It took us a few months to sell our property but the agent kept regularly in touch with us during this period which was really reassuring. When we were able to negotiate the agent gave more really good advice which allowed us to make an offer that secured the property. During the legal phase the agent kept us up to date and acted as an effective link between seller/solicitor and us. We can't fault the service that Jackson-Stops provided and would recommend them without hesitation.
