I had a few estate agents visit my property to give me a valuation and I chose Bannister because when he arrived he was prompt, well presented and full of knowledge, also when he corresponded with me he got my name and information correct written and verbally which I didn't have from one of the others that came. Bannisters also provided me with the name of an agent that I could contact to create continued care without having lots of different people to speak to each time and explain matters to. They organised many viewings and within just over a month I had a buyer, they did all the hard work for me and kept me informed all the time at each stage. Very efficient. No faults or problems, very high praise for this estate agents. Very happy will use again.

After having the house valued by several companies I chose Philip Bannisters as They appeared to be very professional and helpful as well as competitive price wise. They did not disappoint. From start to finish of what wasn’t a straightforward property to sell they couldn’t have been more helpful, accommodating friendly and professional. They kept in constant contact and advised me on every step nothing I asked was too much trouble. So in my opinion I couldn’t have chosen better and would highly recommend them.

What a pleasure is has been to deal with Philip Bannister Estate agents and so pleased we took our friends advice to use them, rather than other estate agents we used in the past. From the moment of contacting them, their service has been nothing short of brilliant. From the moment Andrew stepped into our house until we have completed our house sale today, the service has been more than efficient. Ian in the office, as promised kept us up to speed with the progress of the sale, and it was more like speaking to a friend, rather than a business. We cannot compliment them enough for all their hard work and effort throughout the sale, and would definitely recommend them not just to family, but friends as well. i have been dealing with them for a few months now and i have not seen more unprofessional team in Hull than them. they can not arrange viewing when you want and they don't know what they are doing. Its unfortunate for vendors who engage them because its them who are the sufferers because of their unprofessionalism.,

Dear Mr Duhan, as you are well aware this is completely false information you are spreading. You have viewed properties with us previously and on this occasion we had been communicating regarding viewing 2 further properties. One viewing was arranged for this Saturday with ourselves. The second property in question, a viewing was offered by the owners for 3pm on Saturday as this was the only time which they were available to accommodate. When this was explained to you, you became extremely abusive and started to shout and swear at myself on several occasions. This is not the first time you have been abusive to our staff members. We strongly refute your claims.

After 3 phone calls on the day of my viewing, one just an hour before, I was then called 30 minutes before my viewing and told it was cancelled. Disgusting, unprofessional and will never use them or any of my friends. Terrible and despicable

I could not rate this agency any higher they are amazing. We live in Australia and have been trying to sell our house in Swanland for a number of years. This year we went with Philip Bannister and wow - so impressed. The communication was awesome considering the time difference and it was never a problem for Ian to call us and give us regular update. He would call and give feedback on every viewing that took place and in the end found two buyers. Many thanks to this agency - job well done
