GoogleDuring Covid times everything was made more complicated... however, this was not the case with Bannisters. Ian was so helpful at every stage of my purchase, keeping me well informed via email and phone. Ian made the whole experience run smoothly with his fabulous communication and professional manner. I can't thank Ian and the team enough.

Google100% recommend. Great service from start to finish, kept us informed throughout the process from viewings and to final completion. They were very happy to get involved with the various parties and helped to remove and manage the usual stresses of moving house for us, particularly in the final few weeks leading up to the moving day.

We have moved houses several times over the years and we must say Philip Bannister is the best. They are friendly knowledgeable and carry you all the way through the stressful negotiations connected to moving. The Elloughton branch which we used go far beyond what they should and bend backwards to help not like some estate agents which couldn’t be bothered once they have your sale. We would recommend Philip Bannisters estate agents to anyone and we would use them again if ever the occasion arose.

Philip & Mo have been managing my property for 12 years and their standard of service is a Benchmark for how Lettings Agents should be. Mo in particular has been quite simply Superb!...Professional, Efficient and a total delight to deal with.I've been a Landlord for 25 years and I've never come across a better agent.I've recently been dealing with Matthew in regards to selling my home and it is clear he is extremely knowledgable on the sales side.
