We recently bought a house through Philip Bannister. Jennie from Philip Bannister had made a genuine effort to understand our circumstance and stayed in touch regularly during our search. We lost the house we wanted but a month later it came back on the market and Jennie rang us immediately. Her diligent attention to detail and her relationship with us and our search meant we didn't miss the opportunity to get our dream house. We're hugely grateful to Jennie and a massive thank you to everyone at Philip Bannister for such care and attention. And I haven't even mentioned the 'welcome to your new home' pack they gave us. Amazing!

Bannisters recently sold a property on our behalf following a family bereavement. We chose them because they had recently sold a number of similar properties in the same area and we've been extremely pleased with them. GoogleI sold my house with Bannisters just recently, there were a few moments where I thought it would not happen due to no fault by Bannisters, but they worked tirelessly to ensure the transaction was as smooth as possible, that I was kept up to date with all movements and they were efficient with the sale/sold sign going up and down twice in one day!
