GoogleVery quick to market the property and achieve the sale. Valuer was a delight. Marketing team were responsive resulting in a sale within a week for well over asking. Many viewings were arranged so they achieve good visibility. After offer team were supportive throughout and assist in prompting the solicitors into action. A more appropriate face to face setting might be a good investment moving forward as the office I visited was "round by the bins".

GoogleAfter having my home on the market with another estate agents for 6 weeks without any movement at all.. SellWell came along and completely changed all that. I had a few estate agents out to value it but from the start it was clear that they were the best and that they're so confident in what they do. To say they've been brilliant is an understatement! They're so professional but still manage to be so friendly too. Can't recommend them enough!

GoogleOpted for SellWell to manage the sale of our property, we initially met Karen who talked us through the process and she came and took the photos of the property. The advertising was extensive across several platforms. The arranging of viewings primarily came from phone calls and emails from Katie, Melanie, Clair. We arranged that late evening viewings would be conducted by ourselves and all others by the team at SellWell which I know Rebecca conducted a couple of. They always provided feedback from viewings whether positive or negative which we liked because we would want to know both sides of peoples opinions. We accepted an offer after 5 weeks on the market and Katie then stayed in constant contact with us during the next phase of the sale letting us know how the buying party were progressing and seeing how our purchase was progressing making sure everyone was well informed. I’m sure the whole team at SellWell all played a part in getting our house sold and they did the job well.

GoogleSell well have been great throughout the sale of the house. Nicola came and did the valuation and gave honest advice and had the pictures taken that day and then the house was up for sale within a couple of days. Everything was communicated brilliantly with the viewings and they were there to help with advice when needed. Whilst the sale was completing we had to call numerous times and all the staff were very helpful, Clair and Mel handled our case very professionally and communicated with us again brilliantly. Fantastic staff and would definitely use again if needed.
