GoogleWe recently viewed a property and was greeted by Rebecca. As 2 first time buyers and not knowing the area very well. Rebecca was perfect and gave us all the info we needed about the lovely area of Worsley. Communication has been great and have now found a property through SellWell. I would highly reccomend using them and can't wait to move into our new home. Chris & Beth.

After a long drawn out experience our sale and move was completed. Now that was mainly down to all the Solicitors involved...but the marketing process with sell well had some faults. We were initially pleased with what we were told, but the reality was different. After a few accompanied viewing I ended up doing them all. This was because most people work and want to view After 5pm. They don't do viewing after 5pm! Weekends, all slots got booked up and people couldn't get to view, so I did them. Personally I didn't mind but as I was paying for that service I would have expected some sort of reduction on the final bill. Would I use them again? Probably not, because of the viewing situation..

GoogleFrom the moment Steve arrived to do our evaluation we were sure on our choice of estate agents. He came with a full comprehensive report and showed us all relevant information based on properties locally that had been taken to to account to value our property. It was an easy choice to go with SellWell. We had an extremely stressful sale with one buyer pulling out after 9 months. But Clair and the team were amazing and so supportive. They provided us advice, guidance and an ear to moan and cry to when we needed it. Supporting us to the end. Selling and buying a property is the most stressful thing you can do but Clair and all the team were fantastic. I would highly recommend Sell Well to anyone looking to sell their property or buy.

GoogleWe had the pleasure of using Sell Well, from the point of contact they were excellent throughout - they put in the work to help us attain the best price for our house and then Claire the sales progressor worked tirelessly to make sure we got a timely completion even though we had a lengthy chain and some issues with solicitors. I would recommend them to anyone considering listing! the whole team were professional and friendly :)

GoogleSell Well as an estate agent have been exceptional from the very first meeting to the exchange of keys to the new owners when selling our property. Tia Mckee, dererves a special mention for her professional customer service, in constant communication giving me updates on the progress of the sale. Rarely, did I have to phone her unless it was a query from a prospective buyer. Would highly recommend Sell Well for selling / buying properties.

GoogleFrom the moment Karen came to value our home, we just knew SellWell were the agents for us. We sold our home many months ago and had a great experience with Karen & Clair. We specifically sold our home for a house that we had fallen for, it was the only one for us. It was a HUGE risk, leaving us without a home for a number of months due to the current vendors needing to find a new home, but it was made much easier by such an amazing team at SellWell. Karen answered all of our queries, even out of hours, and put our nerves at ease when it went to final/finals against 18 other potential buyers. Clair kept us updated every step of the way of this lengthy purchase (and dealt with the tears of joy when we got chosen as the family to move to this home). We can’t thank SellWell enough.
