We were curious about whether to sell and didn’t have a clue where to start. From the initial meeting to completion, Sell Well were fantastic. Whoever I spoke to in the office knew where we were up to, all the ladies are friendly and so helpful. Despite having some awkward moments with buyers, they were there every step of the way. Selling a property can be stressful but if you chose to, I highly recommend you chose Sell Well. I can certainly see how they get such great reviews and plenty of customers! Sell Well Estate Agents dealt with my recent house purchase. To say it must have been the purchase from hell is an understatement. Throughout the very drawn out ordeal I felt supported by the team at Sell Well, especially Clair. They always returned my calls and were extremely proactive at all times. This is the second time we’ve used sellwell and the service on both occasions was second to none. From start to finish the service is seamless and professional. Photos by Tracey were outstanding and valuations were accurate so no misleading us or buyers which meant we sold super quickly. Our viewing of the property we were buying was fab and every question about the property was answered and negotiations were speedy and clearly communicated…Then the whole process once all had been agreed was managed efficiently and professionally by Katie, we were kept upto date every step of the way and Katie managed things so well it meant we never had to chase anything. Even down to managing a chain this was handled with ease and on moving day everything went to plan. If/when we move again Sellwell will definitely be the first or should I say only choice of estate agent. Thank you to everyone

Very quick to market the property and achieve the sale. Valuer was a delight. Marketing team were responsive resulting in a sale within a week for well over asking. Many viewings were arranged so they achieve good visibility. After offer team were supportive throughout and assist in prompting the solicitors into action. A more appropriate face to face setting might be a good investment moving forward as the office I visited was "round by the bins".

Amazing service!

I would highly recommend Mel and her team at SellWell as they simply couldn't do enough for us. SellWell managed to secure us a sale on the same day our property went live on Rightmove which enabled us to reserve our new build property. Their communication throughout the whole process was excellent, Mel and her team went above and beyond in their responsiveness and attention to detail which enabled us to exchange and complete on our sale within four months (during COVID-19). They did this by chasing our chain of solicitors and providing us with vital updates from further down the chain which appeased our new build developers. I will be using SellWell for any future property sales.
