I like the virtual tours done by Sellwell on Rightmove. Julie the estate agent was excellent and friendly. She kept me informed of viewings throughout. She provided all the necessary information during the viewing and gave me space to go back and see the property on my own.

GoogleSellWell have been fantastic from start to finish. From photos to viewings, from offers to completion it has been an absolute pleasure in dealing with all of the team. There were a few difficult moments towards the end of the sale, but SellWell worked above and beyond to help get it all through. Not only that but their rates are extremely good. I highly recommend.

The team were so professional, efficient and organised throughout, and made it a stress-free process. Nicola valued the house, took the photos and did all of the marketing, making sure we were completely happy before it went live. She arranged the viewings and managed to sell it in just over a week! Both Clair and Mel were so helpful in getting our sale over the line, including following up with solicitors on both sides. If we were to sell again, we wouldn’t hesitate to choose Sell Well. A special thanks to Karen and Mel who whilst being in lockdown have constantly chased up all of the concerned parties to make sure things progressed as smoothly as possible. I would highly recommend using Sell Well as a company as we had them recommended to us by two separate neighbours who sold both their properties through sell well within a short time.Sell wells knowledge and advice has been priceless . GoogleNot only they offer good value for money, they have also been great professionals and have supported us all the way through the sale process. Our house sale was put on hold back in March due to COVID-19 whilst we were out of the country and unable to travel back to the UK. Thanks to Mel and her team, their availability and support, the situation has been manageable and less stressful to us. I would undoubtedly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.

GoogleI would highly recommend Mel and her team at SellWell as they simply couldn't do enough for us. SellWell managed to secure us a sale on the same day our property went live on Rightmove which enabled us to reserve our new build property. Their communication throughout the whole process was excellent, Mel and her team went above and beyond in their responsiveness and attention to detail which enabled us to exchange and complete on our sale within four months (during COVID-19). They did this by chasing our chain of solicitors and providing us with vital updates from further down the chain which appeased our new build developers. I will be using SellWell for any future property sales.

GooglePoor ! Would never buy a house from them again . Untrustworthy to us and cost us alot of money . Bad customer service , unpolite and showed no interest what so ever .. it’s all about them !!

Please email sales@sellwell.co.uk to allow us to resolve your concerns. May we add… We are struggling to understand how we have cost you money. Our vendor didn’t want to reduce the price after a completion date had been agreed. Your solicitor advised that they would charge you extra should the price be negotiated so late in the transaction. Your request to arrange a survey on the day of completion was declined as it was inconvenient but alternatives were offered. Our vendor has compensated you for items that were left in the property that were thought to have been appreciated.
