GoogleWhat can I say? If I could give Sell Well 6 stars out of 5 I would. Mel and her team were nothing short of fantastic throughout the entire process. Friendly, unbelievably efficient, sharing an excitement about our house and with an eye for detail that was simply outstanding. And all done in such a lovely manner with a refreshing sense of humour. Every single person in the team performed to this level, and it is clear that they all care about their business and reputation passionately. We invited 4 estate agents round to discuss the sale of our house initially, and Sell Well were the first. I knew from the moment Tracy arrived that I would appoint them - and I was proven right time and again. Tracyβs photos were in fact so good I was worried that our house might look too good! Mel constantly went above and beyond in helping out with solicitors and tricky moments and I always felt she had our backs. I cannot thank Sell Well enough for making what could have been a very stressful process as smooth and relaxed as possible. Good luck for the future ladies, not that youβll need it!

GoogleBought a house through Sell Well in 2020/2021. Mostly dealt with Melanie who was friendly, helpful and polite throughout. She responded quickly to my emails or was very easy to get hold of on the phone when needed. She also put some work into chasing up our solicitor directly, which was a refreshing change from our previous estate agent who only communicated via us! Would definitely recommend and would consider selling with them in future

GoogleUnfortunately we didnt sell with Sell Well which was a HUGE mistake. They did sell the house for the people we bought the house of though. They helped me more than our estate agents who promised the world (NOT). Purple Bricks were rubbish from beginning to end . I would 100% advise anyone to sell with "SELL WELL"

After our agreed sale and purchase we had weekly calls to update and found them professional, friendly and extremely efficient. Would highly recommend them!

Can I just say from start to finish they were first class; professional, attentive, thorough and a pleasure to deal with. Needless to say I sold my property, and with the help of the girls everything went extremely smoothly. Thank you Karen, Mel, Clair and Julie you are a total asset to the business. My advice would be "Don't go anywhere else" ! (I wasted too much time with other estate agents in the area).

Secondly thank you to Melanie who did a fantastic job from start to finish with progressing the sale and constantly keeping me informed and updated. Thank you for your patience as I struggled to find the right property, we got there in the end. GoogleWe sold our house with Sell Well and couldnt be more happier. They had over 10 viewings lined up almost striaght away and it sold within a few days. We dealt with Mel who was amazing. She was proffesional,well mannered and her hard work shone through. She went above and beyond to ensure the transaction completed. We were in a long chain of houses and this didnt seem to faze Mel what so ever. She gave me confidence that she had everything in hand. I will recommend Sell Well to anyone who is buying or selling. GoogleI can't recommend this estate agents enough. From start to finish they have been fantastic. We were recommended them by a friend and glad we went with them. I feel they (Tracy) gave a true realistic valuation and produced a true account of the property in the brochure. The selling process was dealt with by Clair and can't thank her and the team enough. Moving house at times can be stressful and I felt Clair was very supportive, polite, professional and efficient and dealt with all queries however small.
