GoogleSlow to act, claim wouldn't have gone anywhere if i hadn't kept nudging them, waited 2 months for a police report that was never coming - I had to inform them of the correct document to ask for. End result was that they couldn't help me anyway and told me nothing I didn't already know because they never bothered asking me in the first place. Waste of 2 months.

I was kept informed of the process at all stages and everything was completed within the timescale that was identified. Special recognition must be given to Shawn Wood for his regular communication and attention to detail at all stages. I would definitely use again in the future Raymond B

GoogleI'd like to thabk this solicitor for the time and effort they must have put in to deal with my situation, In particular Mr Johnny Richardson, very polite and friendly fellow, nothing seemed too much or difficult for him, he explained things in a way I understood and made the whole process hassle and stress free for me. Greatly appreciated.
