I am pleased with the new annual visit process. I have had a visit from Grant Ritchie who is very accommodating, professional and helpful. He promptly responds to any questions or issues and they are resolved quickly. It’s nice to have someone who takes pride and an interest on his tenants and his job.

GoogleI recently had an issue with my front door, contacted Jason at Umega and wihtin 5 minutes of reporting it, he had contacted a locksmith, who phoned me to arrange a time later that day to come out and view the issue. Within 2 hours of reporting the issue its now been fixed. Both Jason at Umega and the Locksmith Fraser were great.

She responds promptly and thoughtfully to issues we have faced in the flat, and has been particularly understanding and facilitative for us as we have navigated the challenges of a difficult situation with a flatmate.
