FacebookFantastic company to deal with. A huge thank you to Kim and her team πββοΈ

FacebookSpeedy responses to emails, maintenance issues resolved quickly and communicated to us throughout. Our uPod 1 team are all very friendly and we feel like we know them as well, due to the introductions we received in initial emails. Digital reporting of maintenance issues and acknowledgement of rents payments are great too - small details but they make life simpler for us!

GoogleCurrently having problems getting deposit back. Taking money for a βdeep cleanβ when initially told a deep clean wasnβt required. We left property much cleaner than when we moved out. Moved out 2 months ago and still no signs of deposit.

GoogleI could have contact with around 5 Letting companies and I can tell you that Umega is one of the best. They answer you, they do negotiation. I really recommend. I never had a issue in a property to know how they will answer, but I believe they will try to do everything to support the tenant.

TrustpilotExcellent and professional
Umega found me a flat so quickly and made the process so simple. I had not rented before and they made everything so seamless. The efficient and professional experience was not what I was expecting after hearing some horror stories about other letting agents out there.
