GoogleI recently moved to UK and went on to search for rented house. Send many queries to many letting agencies. Most of these responded in many days. Umega were quick to respond and I could secure a rented house within two week of viewing. They were quick to respond to emails and were easily accessible over phone. They explained every step in good details. Post rent service also seems to be good so far.

Very disappointed DO NOT USE UMEGA!!!They ignored the fact there was freezing cold air blowing through a hole in my babyβs room for 6 months you could see youβre breath so I had to pay triple for my heating! Then after me paying for an end of tenancy clean charged me Β£245 for dust under radiators and for not cutting the grass! The worst letting agency in Edinburgh!

GoogleUmega has proved to be the most reliable and trustworthy letting agency I have ever dealt with. From the first viewing up until the day we moved out, staff were always ready to help in a friendly & positive manner. Any technical issues (of which there were only a couple) were dealt with swiftly and professionally by the Umega team. We really could not have had a better experience with a letting agency. Thanks!
