GoogleWe have been very impressed with Umega throughout the process of letting out our apartment in the last year. The friendly and attentive staff have always been quick to reply and provide advice or information where needed. When it came to getting the property on the market, everything was organised quickly, efficiently and to a very high standard.

GoogleExcellent service - The team at Umega are a friendly bunch and always willing to assist. They are extremely professional and resolve issues promptly. It was a pleasure to have a great property manager like Isla. If anyone is looking for a property, I'd definitely recommend contacting Umega.

FacebookUnprofessional. Dirty apartment when moved in - fully cleaned on move out. Audacity to charge agency cleaning fee upon move out. I know for certain that whoever moves in next will be receiving an apartment the way we left it without cleaning. They know to charge an amount proportionately low enough so people won’t dispute it. We have not the time to go through this for such a low amount (Approx. £130 out of £2400 or so). If you dispute, you must wait at least a month for the appeal. It’s clear they boost their profits by doing this and know that they can get away with it. They also messed up our move our date so we’ve been waiting longer than we should’ve to get our deposit back from Safe Deposit Scotland. Choose another agent or be prepared to wait lengthy times for everything. Won’t go with Umega again.

GoogleA great experience with my Portfolio Manager Shona who managed a leak in my property, dealt with the insurance claim, contractors and arranged suitable alternative living arrangements for my tenant. She took decisive action whilst keeping me in the loop of what was going on. Top property management.

GoogleI would highly recommend Umega, Gemma found us the perfect new flat to rent which we love, she listened to all of the things we said we wanted and found us the perfect place and it felt like a very personal service. All of the interactions we’ve had with the repairs team and our pod since moving in have also been great, they’ve all been so helpful and friendly.

GoogleUmega helped us a lot when we were moving to Edinburgh, including discussing locations and transport to our respective places of work, how the energy efficiency rating systems works, and other minor things we had not considered before looking for rented accommodation. Very friendly staff, highly recommended!

GoogleThe letting process from first contact through to getting tenants in the door was a very stress-free and positive experience. Everyone at Umega was exceptionally helpful, communicative and supportive, particularly as I am a first time landlord. I would recommend Umega to any prospective landlords.

GoogleThe Umega team (and Andy in particular) have guided us through the process of letting out our flat with great patience and reassurance. We asked a lot of questions and he provided quick answers all the way through. Good tenants have been found at the price we wanted.
