Worst agent I had to deal with, during emergencies they never answer phone or help , it takes them month to help and return a call . Avoid at all cost
Hello Shayma, thank you so much for your feedback and I'm so sorry that you've found things to be so bad we deserve a 1 star review. I've looked into things and understand you had an issue at the weekend and that the emergency was reported via our online system whereas our emergency contractor could have reacted and dealt with the issue right away. I understand my colleague did pick this up first thing this morning and everything has now been rectified so I hope you are now happy with everything. Really sorry again if it wasn't clear how you should access our emergency contractors.

GoogleGreat experience with Umega so far, lovely staff, great flat, and really nice and thoughtful to have things like fresh crockery moving into the place, along with tea bags and loo roll! Any issues I've had with the flat have been resolved quickly by Umega, so I'd definitely recommend them so far.

TrustpilotDelays with deposit return and highly questionable cleaning charges.
This letting company prides itself on being chipper and friendly, with lots of emoji-filled Facebook posts and emails. In truth, the management of tenants is less than friendly, with unannounced maintenance visits and a stubborn refusal to leave if it’s inconvenient. Brace yourself though for the end of tenancy, return of deposit, waiting time which runs to two months; and the highly questionable cleaning charges which they incur, without checking with you, and then deduct from your deposit. Try querying it with them and they just tell you make a claim to the Deposit Scheme, with all the bureaucracy that involves.

GoogleWe're moving into our new flat in a couple of weeks, and the application and moving-in process with Umega has been so easy! Emma and Rebecca have been so helpful and responsive to any questions we've had, and the whole process has been so clear and simple at every stage. It's meant we can just be excited about moving instead of stressed - would definitely recommend Umega, my best experience with a letting agent so far!

GoogleI have only rented from Umega for a couple of days but they have made the moving process really simple and easy. They have also helped me out with any problems that have arisen and are generally very friendly and easily contactable. 10/10 would rent with again.
