GoogleCallum Beattie and Kim Craven have both made my recent move extremely easy. They have been responsive, helpful, and overall great about any inquiries, fixes, and any other issues (which have been very rare). If I end up moving, I would definitely rent through them again, Very glad to be a part of the Umega family :)

GoogleI've been a tenant managed by Umega Lettings for a little bit more than a month now, I'm very satisfied with their service, and they even allowed me to get the flat and sign the contract from overseas. Highly recommendable, specially compared to other Letting Companies that from what I've heard I've been very lucky to avoid.

GoogleAs tenants, Umega always respond quickly to our requests and send out their maintenance team within a few days to fix anything. The online repairs system is a little glitchy but the guys always great.

If you are a landlord looking for an agency to manage your property, I would advise you against using umega. I’ve had a really upsetting and stressful experience with them. They tried to charge me over 3k to have some laminate put down which I ended up getting a joiner to do for less than £300. They told me my floor could collapse if I didn’t get it done ASAP and I felt pressured. Luckily I got a second opinion and was told it was nonsense. Due to this horrible experience I informed them I could no longer work with them anymore if that is how they treat their landlords. They didn’t care at all. Their customer service is robotic, with the odd smiley face thrown in an email. I found this cringey and rather unprofessional. One email started with the word ‘yeah’ and in some emails I was called by a different name! My flat has also been left dirty. They say it has been cleaned, but it hasn’t. If you are a landlord, I would suggest you go elsewhere for property management. I wish I had.

We've been a landlord with Umega for at least 5 years and are really happy with the service. They take all the work out of property management. Any maintenance issues are dealt with swiftly and professionally, and all communication is clear and swift. We definitely have peace of mind knowing our tenants are so well taken care of.

GoogleI found the staff at Umega incredibly efficient and helpful. Their human approach is a refreshing change from most agencies I have dealt with in the past. Fantastic combination of professionalism and down to earth friendliness. Update: Umega have now been managing my flat for about six months and I am still very happy with the arrangement.

Despite their rapid growth, they have managed to maintain a high standard of professionalism, operating efficiently and importantly for the landlord, delivering cost-effective repairs and maintenance without compromising property standards for the tenants.

GoogleUmega Lettings has been the most helpful and inclusive rental company I have encountered since my arrival in Edinburgh. Their team responds quickly to emails and has been truly helpful in every step of the journey from application to move-in. They deliver a high quality of service and I would recommend renting/letting through them 100%.
