GoogleUmega has been great to work with; from the moment I reached out to the moment we handed in notice, they were attentive and responsive. I’d say Umega is undoubtedly one of the best letting agents in Edinburgh. Kellie helped us with our moving-out process and provided excellent service, and the rest of the staff helped in any way possible throughout our renting period. I couldn’t recommend Umega enough.

GoogleGreat service today. Shower wasn't producing any hot water. The engineer came out, checked it all out and bought a replacement shower. Working well now. Very happy with the service. Also fixed my leaking tap. Didn't expect it all to be done so quickly. Very pleased with the service today.

GoogleI've been renting with Umega for around five years now and couldn't be happier! This was my first solo flat and the staff as a whole from the agency based to the outside contract workers, could not have been nicer or more helpful! They're always so pleasant and go above and beyond to quickly sort any issues that arise - I would throughly recommend Umega and when the day arises I need something larger than my lovely wee one bedroom (I say wee, it's massive and was the first place I've ever moved and didn't need to clean beforehand!) I'll hopefully continue with them to my next home! They really do make you feel you're in your home and not just renting a faceless flat! Definite full five stars and if there was a ten option, I'd be giving it!

After been let down by our previous property manager, we were absolutely delighted in making the move to Umega. Led my Suzie, we had nothing but positives throughout. She offered advice on small improvements which she then organized, and the work was done at a very high standard at a fair price. In General, very bad costumer service.First,I have raised a concern regarding kitchen lighting and bathroom not turning on on a friday afternoon, and it was actioned only tuesday night a week after. When the electrician came over it was a result of short circuit of the bathroom exhaust fan which was very poor quality. They (electrician) then have deactivated the fan due to fire risk. Until now (3 weeks later), my fan is still not replaced which has now affected my electric shower. It suddenly switches off while in use, basically the fuse box is triggered. This is very difficult for us especially for my 2 year old daughter.

GoogleI have just finished my second year of living at a flat run by Umega and the only reason i am not staying on is because i am going travelling. The quick responses and helpful team tackle any issues that may arise very quickly. Also i have found that with other letting agent s, students can be treated like children and not listened to or trusted. This is absolutely not the case with Umega. Our property manager Steve in particular was simply excellent. He always got back to our emails promptly, maintained constantly open lines of communication and kept the entire tenancy experience pleasant. Would highly recommend!

GoogleI have had an excellent experience as a tenant in a property managed by Umega. First, they have fixed and addressed any issues very quickly. From small things like door handles not functioning ideally, to big issues, our building had a problem with plumbing due to a tree setting it's roots down the plumbing system. Every time, Umega quickly sorted it out, even in this larger plumbing issue which meant liaising with other flat owners and the landlord of our flat. Finally, they are lovely to deal with in person, friendly and polite. Simply my favourite letting agency in Edinburgh.
