Last week I had a panic attack when the thumb turner fell of from inside my flat and I couldn't get out. I reached out to Ben right away and was so pleased at how quickly he responded and got in touch with a locksmith who then appeared within the hour and a half! So by 11am everything was sorted! so a massive thank you to ben and to the locksmith :)

I recently rented a property from Umega Lettings and it was the most pleasant renting experience I have had. The staff were all very helpful and easy to communicate with and they fixed any problems ASAP. I'd also like to single out one of the property managers, Erin Whyte as being especially helpful and going the extra mile during the move out phase ensuring all parties involved were happy. I would highly recommend renting from Umega Lettings.

Update. got the explanation from Umega and they explained what happened to the delay. The review before is a little fierce. I think Umega do care about the client and willing to communicate. So I will still recommend Umega to person who look for a caring agent. ----------------------------------------------------- I enquiry about the quote of my flat letting. After 4 days, there is someone reply to me finally. Then after the evaluation day, the agent did not reply to me about the viewing result even I ask them positively. This disappointed me a little bit.

We did some research to find who would be the best agents in Edinburgh and asked a lot of folks. We chose Umega because of these reviews and after we had talked to them in person. They have not disappointed. In just over a month they have gone from helping us get the property listed, all the appropriate organisation done, renting it out and getting the first payment. Their process has been seamless - when they said that someone would be contacting us, they did. Above all, their value on taking care of people is evident. I'm very impressed so far.

I was looking for a letting agency to manage rental flats in Edinburgh. I asked around amongst friends who were currently renting flats to find out which agencies gave a decent service to tenants, as I didn't want my tenants subjected to the usual horror stories of bad or non existent service. The name that kept coming up was Umega. I got in touch with them, and they were able to provide everything I needed: assistance with acquiring off-market property; a fully managed refurbishment service; and a full management service. I really can't fault any aspect of the work that Umega has done for me, and they often go above and beyond what I expect. At the same time their prices are very good, and actually seem a little lower than the industry norm. If you're looking to rent out a flat that you own or take out a lease on a flat I'd definitely recommend you get in touch with Umega to see how they can help you.

During my time with Umega Lettings I had absolutely fantastic service! And to Simon and Amit and the landlady who handled us (I believe I am allowed to mention the agents' names) thank you- they were exceptional and easy to talk to. My partner and I moved into a flat, application was quick and easy, flat was beautifully clean and the inventory was documented accurately. Whenever we had an issue or query it was answered promptly and handled efficiently. We moved away from Edinburgh recently and when we moved out the procedure was straightforward. The inventory/deposit handling was well done and realistic with regards to wear and tear. We received our full deposit with zero issues. One thing that I liked about this company is that they have their own handy-workers. I believe having this made the company have less complications and also have much quicker responses to fix problems than other leading letting agencies in the city. Very impressed and would 100% recommend. Best out of the three letting agencies I used while living in Edinburgh.

We've been with Umega for over an year now and we are very pleased. They are professional and friendly and most importantly they respond fast to any questions or problems you have. Problems will come in any flat especially the old ones but our agent, Alicja, dealt with all of them in a very professional way and we couldn't be happier. I don't want to point fingers but the company that I work for sometimes sublet work from other agencies from Edinburgh and most of them don't have very good work ethics and they neglect the tenants, but it's not the case with Umega, we can highly recommend them.
