Good letting agency. They of course use the cheapest contractors for repairs etc. but that is everyone. Very communicative and generally helpful. I think my experience was improved by having a decent landlord who took an interest but overall a positive impression of Umega.

GoogleLast year I moved into a house in Edinburgh with the help of Umega Lettings. Umega employee Emma Doolan patiently introduced the house to us in detail. After that, Emma also assisted us in the follow-up operations and successfully moved into the house. After the COVID-19 outbreak this year, I had to return home early. Umega's team Upod1 helped me deal with the expiration of my house, which provided me with great convenience. Thanks again for their help. Last year, I moved into a house in Edinburgh with the help of Umega Lettings. Emma Doolan patiently introduced the house to me in detail. After that, Emma also assisted me with following affairs and I successfully moved into the house. After the outbreak of the Covid-19 this year, I had to return back to my country. GoogleAs a tenant, I’ve been very happy with Umega, they have been really responsive whenever I’ve had a problem with my flat. Everyone in the team is really friendly. I recently had a flat inspection and while I didn’t meet Kellie in person, her communication before and after was great.

I let my flat out with Umega for 3 years and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They are friendly, responsive, and seem to really care about keeping their flats in good condition for tenants (which is important to me as I have been on the other side of the fence as a tenant myself). They treat both parties fairly and I would highly recommend them.
