The property itself is in excellent condition and exactly as described. Any minor issues I encountered were quickly addressed by the Umega team. GoogleUmega Lettings & Estate Agents are really helpful, quick to respond to queries and made the whole move in process easy and efficient. I would definitely recommend using Umega to new tenants, as unlike the majority of other letting agents in Edinburgh which I have found to be useless and painful to deal with, Umega is a pleasant surprise and I am happy with the service they have provided.

GoogleI had a great experience as a tenant renting with Umega in two different properties. Property management and maintenance are quick and easy. Communication was great and checkout now went very well. Despite some open issues I couldn't deal with when moving out, the team put some effort in minimizing deposit deduction looking for a cheaper cleaning service. I can highly recommend renting with Umega!

GoogleArranged viewing for today at 9am before work at 9.30am. Was running late so paid for Uber to arrive at property on time. Nobody there and no one had called me to advise that viewing time had been changed to 9.30am. No call back and attempt to reschedule from the Assistant Lettings Manager who I arranged the visit with. Poor service!

Hi. Decided to give Umega a go as liked the modern upbeat feeling I got straight away from them. Suzie meet myself at the flat and went through the process from start to finish. She got the marketing done very quickly and launched it within days. Krystian then arranged viewings within days and I received offers that the day! The best offer was almost 50% higher than I anticipated which was amazing. Thanks all for such a smooth process and would definitely recommend anyone thinking of using Umega to absolutely go with them 👍
