GoogleI am so grateful to Andy @ Umega for my wonderful flat purchase experience, especially as a first time buyer, who didn't really understand the whole process. Andy provided me with all the information required in a timely manner, he reassured me along the way and answered all the concerns I have had. In retrospect, I am pretty sure that a lot of my concerns should have been addressed to the solicitor, but Andy was just so helpful and nothing was ever a trouble for him. He went above and beyond and was such a pleasure to communicate with. I would highly recommend Umega to anyone looking to purchase. The process was very smooth and I couldn't have asked for a more understanding and diligent agent. Thank you very much, Andy! You are a superstar! :)

GoogleSarah and her colleagues at Umega have been wonderful, and have helped me to get my flat back up to standard and let out again. I have found them all to be professional, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of our dealings. Emails and phone messages are answered promptly and efficiently. Everything has been done with regard to covid restrictions and their contractors are competent and efficient. New tenants move into my flat today, and I hope they will be very happy there. I would highly recommend Umega to anyone looking for a letting agency that works with both the landlord and tenant together, they provide a first class service.

GoogleHaving just signed a tenancy agreement for a property with Umega I couldn't recommend them more highly. From our viewing with Natasha to the final signing of the lease took only a week and was ridiculously smooth. Have never experienced quite such a well organised or professional service with a letting agent. Thank you Natasha :)

GoogleLet a flat through UMEGA for 2 years while studing at uni. I always had a timley response to any questions I had. Eleonora was very helpful with the enitre end of tenancy and check out process. Overall enjoyed compared to another letting agencies I have used.
