GoogleVery happy with the service provided by Umega. Georgia was our property manager and was always on hand to help when we had questions. Georgia was also very quick dealing with any work we needed on the property and communal areas. Would recommend renting with Umega.

GoogleMy wife and I just moved into our new flat today and could not be happier with the help that Umega has provided. Right from the viewing to the application process to the referencing to the signing of the lease, things went super smooth. To top it all off, we had a great time collecting our keys today from the wonderful Elaine who was extra helpful and gave us all the information we would need to move in. Overall, renting with Umega is highly recommended!

GoogleUmega were both pleasant and professional in our dealings with them. They were in contact often in the days leading up to our house move to ensure we were best prepared. I also found there internal invoice/ rent system very useful also. Overall, we are very happy with our customer service and more importantly, the property in which we decided to rent. Nikole in particular was very helpful from the minute I viewed the flat to the referencing process and was always on hand to guide me if I had any questions. Communication was excellent and I would highly recommend using Umega if looking for a property.
