GoogleTook ages to answer the phone. Lady knew nothing about the property i was interested in, could not accommodate my free time to view it, said someone would ring me back, and never did. Makes you wonder if they want to sell properties! Seemed no interest at all

GoogleI have rented multiple properties through Umega and their team have always been reliable and dependable. Our current agent Nadiene consistently does all she can to resolve any issues we have, and communication is consistent and thorough which helps massively when reporting problems or hunting for new flats. I reccomend Umega to any friends who are searching for a place to live in Edinburgh as they've made my life a whole lot easier.

GoogleEmily and the team have done a great job in assisting. I have just finalised the move in plans to a new apartment entirely from the other side of the atlantic. After weeks of work and communication with many agents, I felt it would not have been possible, but Umega have saved me a few stressful weeks upon my return to Scotland.

GoogleI have recently transitioned from another property manager, I am finding Umega to be 1000 times better. Robert was excellent and keeping me informed of what work needed doing, when it would be resolved and how much it would cost. The team in general have been amazing, communicated effectively and found me a tenant. I look forward to a long working relationship.

GoogleKim Craven was a right mix of professionalism and friendliness. Very pleasant and quick in responding to all the queries. The online application process was quick and hassle free. The house is very well maintained and beautiful. All the necessary information about the house is sent along with rental agreement. Would highly recommend Umega Lettings to anyone looking to rent a house :)
