GoogleWe have very much appreciated the support, professionalism and responsiveness provided by Umega over the last few years where they have looked after our two apartments. Courtney has worked with us closely since she became our letting manager, helping us deal with any issues that come up - we feel very confident in her ability to deal with issues as they arise - to the benefit of us and our tenants. GoogleI let a property through Umega for 4 years. Umega was communicative and helped us sort out any repairs in a timely manner (including having a new boiler fitted when the old one broke and replacing a broken washing machine and refrigerator). I had no issues start to finish. Callum was an excellent property manager, always polite and friendly. I recommend letting a property through Umega.

GoogleNeed to give a 5* review for Nicola Shortreed at Umega. She's been a great help to us regarding our properties in Edinburgh. Nothing is ever too much trouble to her and she's always professional, courteous and friendly. She's been super efficient and even when we/the tasks have been 'challenging' she's always ended her call or correspondence with 'if there's anything else I can do to help, please let me know'. Well done Umega, you've got another winner there.
