GoogleAs a group of 4 students we hadn't had the easiest job finding a flat in Edinburgh until we got into contact with Umega. Lindsay was very friendly and professional, and guided us through everything we needed to do right up until moving into our flat. The application process was simple and there was always the option of contacting the team for support if needed.

GoogleAs a Landlord who utilises Umega Lettings to rent my property, I cannot recommend their services highly enough. Both their sales and management departments are phenomenal - streamlining the entire process from start to finish (I have the privilege of working with Courtney at the moment and she's always one step ahead of me with any queries or concerns I may have ). Service is always with a smile, and the results are second to none. Very deserving of all accolades they have received so far, and they deserve many more going into the future.

GoogleUmega managed the letting of our flat for a number of years and we were very pleased with the service and responsiveness, especially as we had by that stage little contact in Edinburgh. They were particularly helpful with organising repairs which can be challenging. When we subsequently decided to sell the flat we chose them as our selling agents. The liaison between the letting department and the sales department was very good so that when we had a major water leak just as the sale process started their letting department handled the repair very effectively to get the flat ready for the sales department. The sale was handled very efficiently and we appreciated the company's flexibility and ability to handle our personal requirements. We were particularly pleased with the level of communication with us by Daniel of their sales team. We were fortunate that Umega found a buyer very quickly and introduced us to solicitors who were responsive and ensured that the sale was completed without issue or delay.

GoogleI always use Umega to manage my flat and the service has always been good and worries free and considering I don't even live in Edinburgh anymore. When it comes to selling my flat, it's natural for me to pass it to their selling team since Umega knows my flat well. I'm a first time seller and the experience with Umega has been really pleasant. Daniel Zdunkiewicz my sales advisor has been very proactive since day one, he considered and arranged everything for me, such as flat presentation, remedial work, sales and pricing strategy etc. The communication was timely and clear and I was always informed with the progress and all key decisions were discussed with me prior to action. In the end, the property was sold quickly and smoothly. If I have a second property for sale, I would not hesitate to go back to Umega and Daniel again. Speaking from my own experience, they have my wholehearted recommendation! Thanks again Umega and Daniel for doing such a great job for me!

GoogleEmily was fantastic to deal with throughout the process of viewing a property, through to receiving an offer to let it. We were offered another apartment which slightly better suited our needs so didn't take this one through Umega in the end. Emily was very understanding of this, despite the time and trouble she and the landlord took to on our application not resulting in us letting the property.

After a year as a tenant with Umega, I am still delighted with them. Any issues with the flat have been responded to / actioned fully and quickly. My recent flat inspection process was great - I was given a choice of dates and times well in advance which is much better than having a date imposed without a specific time. My Property Manager (Grant) arrived on-time, explained the process and was as friendly, respectful and professional as always. As an anxious neurodivergent person, it’s important for me to deal with people I can trust. I’m a rental tenant of around 25 years and I can genuinely say that Umega have been the best letting agents I’ve ever dealt with.
