I had a great experience with Umega. Sadly I have to leave them but I will definitely be returning given the opportunity. Nikki was a fantastic property manager who always got back to me quickly and ensured that my needs as a tenant were met. Everyone at Umega is very informative, friendly and approachable. Their professional approach always reassured me that they would look after me as a tenant. I would definitely recommend them to prospective tenants and landlords.

I would like to share my appreciation for your staff Claire, Isla and Grant as they have been so supportive and patient with my situation, changing tenancy over to my name. They also gave clear advice and instructions for me even at times with the language barrier. They kindly spoke to my support worker on many occasions when it became difficult to move forward. They showed sensitivity and empathy to my case knowing that I needed to feel safe with my daughter in my home. Avoid! Had a tenancy for almost 5 years, place left spotless. Trying to charge me for cleaning even though they stated I left it very clean. Also damage to a window not caused by myself and declared. Charging over double cost that was quoted!
