GoogleMy experience as a landlord with Umega Lettings has been more than satisfactory. They are prompt in providing the monthly statement of account and crediting the net rental proceeds into my account. More often than not, they are able to respond to queries that I may have regarding the apartment. More recently, they also found a new tenant within a very short span of time. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Kim Carven, Isla Gumley and Kamila Zielinski for their good service. Keep it up!

GoogleAs a student moving to Edinburgh from the States, I entered into the process of looking for a flat with a short deadline and many questions. Kim Craven, and really the entire Umega team, did so much to make this process as swift and accessible as possible for me. Every interaction has been a delight, and I can truthfully say they went above and beyond to make me feel at ease, answer any questions I might have in a timely fashion, and help me find the right home. I feel very fortunate to have worked with Kim, and it's largely due to her help that I accomplished my goal of finding a great flat, and can look forward to a painless move. I'm so happy to be part of the Umega family.

GoogleThis is my second time staying with Umega Letting and I am totally happy with my last year experience. Staffs at Umega are very professional and friendly. This year, I met Kim, Isla and Amy who are helpful and responsible during my application. I'd like to recommend Umega to other students who are looking for a property at Edinburgh. Btw, this is my last year review. Really good property and good agent. Have a good renting experience. Eden and Isla is really friendly and helpful, and help us deal with the problems when we are applying the property and after we move in. And the property is brilliant, quiet and clean. I would not hesitate to recommend Umega as a agent to all my friends.

GoogleAs a landlord, I cannot speak highly enough about Umega's service. Bruce was extremely helpful in coordinating the repair and cleaning to get our flat ready for rental. Natasha helped on advertising and got the property rented out in two weeks! This is followed by David-the property manager who helped to address any maintenance issue with tenants. Like any rental property, there will be repair issues from time to time. But I found the omega's own maintenance team and their contractors are very efficient-as a landlord, highly recommend them!
Thanks for these great comments that cross so many in the team. Glad all the hard work paid off with a tenant super quick. I will share this around the office.

GoogleAs a student in Edinburgh trying to rent a flat, we aren’t always treated particularly pleasantly (read: mass viewings with around 50 students competing for a semi-decent flat) Umega has been brilliant! We mainly met and dealt with Scott who was always friendly and very helpful. He even smiled and laughed through our excited squeals for a blanket fort cupboard (a student necessity!). After a few technical/admin hiccups in the letting process, Umega remained very helpful and gracious. We cannot recommend Umega enough! 10/10

GoogleI am a new tenant with Umega, but so far everything has been totally painless. In particular (and I admit this is partially just a sign of how times have changed since I last went through the process...) I was able to complete everything between the viewing and collecting keys including the initial application, and signing the lease, online and through e-mail. That makes a big difference when you work full time! Kim and the team have been helpful, friendly, and efficient throughout the process, and I look forward to several happy years in my new flat.

GoogleExcellent customer service. Always professional and helpful in meeting customer needs. I contacted Umega on a Monday to arrange a viewing of a flat for my son. Viewed the next day and all formalities completed in 5 days to allow my son to move in on the following Monday. All accomplished within 6 days. Fast tracking at best. Our agent Kim was wonderful and always kept in contact by phone and email ensuring that deadlines were met. A special thanks to her.

GoogleUmega are a superstar letting agent! Mohammad, Kim and Emily were so professional, polite and friendly when helping me get tenants for my property. They thought of everything, from the quality of photos to the thoughtful write up about the property - It was no wonder there was such high interest in the property. They guided me through the necessary legal procedures and before I knew it, there were happy tenants with a new home! So glad I chose them and would highly recommend to others! Thanks, Umega!
