They always had my back when I needed (and because I travel a lot, I did); they were quick to address any unexpected issues that arose in the flat and were always fair, balanced and good on their word.

We have a dedicated Relationship Manager, Rebecca who is excellent, always very responsive to queries and gets things done when we have any issues with tenants or properties. Natasha and her team are very helpful when it comes to arranging new tenants - the whole process is very seamless. Finally David, from the maintenance team ensures that any work required on properties is undertaken quickly and effectively.
