GoogleNikole was absolutely wonderful. She helped me and my roommate get accepted on a flat that we absolutely loved. She answered all of our questions, of which I had quite a few π . Nikole was also very understanding of my work schedule and that I often wasn't able to respond promptly. β¦

GoogleI had a property inspection carried out by Jason and I am very impressed by how professional and approachable he was. He took his time, listened to my concerns, and made sure everything was checked properly . Itβs reassuring to deal with someone who genuinely cares about doing their job well and making tenants feel heard.
Sounds like Jason was his usual lovely self, so glad you felt looked after during your inspection. That is exactly why we do them. Have a lovely weekend.

GoogleUmega lettings, especially Courtney, have been incredibly helpful since I moved into my property. I moved in to my new property about 6 months ago and have had ongoing issues with a leaking tap in my bathroom. I contacted Courtney who sorted this promptly for me meaning no more leaky taps! I have had bad experiences in the past (with previous agencies) when it comes to getting issues dealt with, so getting this sorted efficiently was very much appreciated!!

Their excellently team, especially Emma, were able to steer us through the whole process of preparing the flat for rental, marketing and finding a tenant in just a matter of weeks! GoogleI have been letting a property with Umega for a little more than a year now and they have provided me with excellent service. There were a few problems with the flat which was handled efficiently by my agent, Ioni. Communication was quick and easy.

GoogleI have been dealing with Umega as a Lettings agency for over 5 years now and have always been very pleased with their service. Recently I have had quite a few dealing with Alison Lacey Marla in particular. Alison is highly professional, whilst also being very approachable, friendly and also being very knowledgeable, responsive and efficient. In summary I would highly recommend Umega.

GoogleThis time last year Umega came to the rescue when my previous letting agent failed. The Company's professionalism and forward thinking is second to none. When it came to change of tenants Alicja ensured that everything went smoothly and without a hitch. I was able to meet with Alicja during this process and she certainly put me at ease and I was assured that I was in safe hands. Since then I have had no problems what so ever, their payments are on time and the new app is great. Thank you Alicja and Umega I look forward to a long association with you.

GoogleUmega has been our favourite letting agent since moving to Scotland. They were responsive, professional and friendly. The introduction of the pods system meant we always had someone to contact when we needed help, and most things were quickly resolved over email. The properties Umega manage are good quality as well and the team are just as responsive after letting the property as they were during the sales stage. A special shoutout to William and Gemma in the Upod1 team for taking such good care of us as tenants. We will miss letting through Umega, but will be back again soon. Thanks a bunch!

GoogleUmega have been a revelation for us. After a poor experience with another letting agent , we hoped that Umega could restore our faith, and they have. The difference is that they do what they say they are going to do and do it with professionalism, knowledge, courtesy, humour and diligence. They have achieved a much better rent than we were getting prior to going with them and to say I am pleased with their performance so far would be an understatement. Robert Gardiner has been especially helpful going beyond the call on several occasions and I thank them all most sincerely. A year on and all still good. We have kept our tenant through lockdown and Umega, although often short staffed in the office always have someone on hand and have kept us updated throughout with tips and help. Thanks again 10/10

GoogleUmega were instrumental in getting a flat for my partner and I, especially thanks to Natasha who was our letting negotiator and Storm, our letting co-ordinator. Both helped us every step of the way, always on hand if we had any questions via phone or email with no delay. Their processes are very swift and efficient as we viewed the flat, processed our application, processed our deposit, completed all security checks and provided the tenancy agreement to sign all within a week! It really made what can be a stressful ordeal, a breeze especially in our scenario. I canβt recommend Umega enough.

GoogleUmega has managed our property in Edinburgh for a number of years and the service has been faultless whether they are organising maintenance, managing departing tenants, organising inspections, managing remedial works, or the process of marketing. Most recently from the moment we were notified our tenants were leaving Umega were on the case and within a matter of days had remarketed the property and identified the works required to ensure the property was up to scratch. Being an overseas landlord we relied on Umega to organise everything and can genuinely say there wasnβt a moment in the process where we didnβt feel up to date and supported. Everyone we spoke to at Umega was super efficient, responsive and enormously helpful. They have genuinely been a pleasure to work with and we cannot recommend their team highly enough. A particular thank you to Lucy and William!

GoogleMy experience with Umega has been very positive right from the start. From my first discussion with them they were able to explain the various stages involved in letting my flat. All the staff were very helpful and nothing was too much bother for them. I would particularly like to thank Mohammad, Natasha and Callum for keeping me informed about how things were progressing throughout the whole process. I found them not only relaxed and friendly but also efficient and conscientious. Finally I would like to say that I would have no hesitation in recommending Umega to anyone interested in renting or letting property.

We dealt with Suzie and Chris from Umega as our letting agent and they were absolutely fantastic. Responsive, knowledgeable and kept us posted on each stage of the rental and getting the flat ready to be leased out to finding the right tenant. My property manager Eleanora is truly amazing and is the one I always contact about any issue regarding the flat. She offered me immense support and was really quick to solve problems/queries.
