GoogleAs a foreigner, it could be pretty difficut to find a place to rent. Umega provided genuinely kind and convenient services. Especially, Krystian was affectionate and warm to my situation, and tried to help me. I really appreciate his help. I definitely recommend!!

GoogleBen and his team are outstanding and go above and beyond and I cannot thank them enough as a Tenant for all the help and support they have given me. Their service and professionalism is second to none! They also manage challenging areas in challenging times and should be rewarded for this as nothing is never an issue or too much hassle and they are always professional and helpful! 10* stars if that was possible!

GoogleThe Umega team was great. Rebecca was great during the application process, and Gemma was invaluable while going through the referencing and finalizing the lease. I had some delays due to my visa, but Gemma put in a lot of work to help me secure my flat, consistently communicating with the landlord and being transparent throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Umega.

GoogleI would not hesitate to recommend umega as an letting agent. Having been recommended Umega via a friend I have been impressed by their responsive, helpful professionalism. I found the on-boarding process went very smoothly and all the staff involved worked to ensure my flat was unoccupied for only a short period and was was ready for rent with all the safety checks and required certificates performed within a tight timeframe. Callum has been my property manager since the flat has been occupied, and he has been both prompt and helpful in providing guidance on maintenance requirements and tenant queries that have arisen. The professional and efficient manner in which issues have been dealt with gives me confidence that my property is being well managed for both myself and my tenants.

GoogleI have been a Landlord for many, many years and similar to other reviewers considered Umega as a result of a long , slow deterioration in service from another agent. Oh my goodness, my experience with Umega was like opening the window in a stuffy old house...what a refreshing breath of fresh air! They made the transfer over seamless. They secured excellent tenants for me almost immediately at a good market rent. The process was clear, the costs transparent, communication was very good and it all happened with consummate ease...the true sign of a professional. This is a young ( relatively speaking) firm , with engaged and energised staff. I have been delighted with the service and am now looking to transfer over my other property. A big thank you Natalie, Steve and Natasha for all your hard work. I now have my own property manager, Callum and look forward to working with him going forward.

GoogleMe and my family wanted to take a minute to say how impressed we are with the Simon Douglas property manager from Umega Lettings and the whole team in Umega. From the very beginning Simon joined in Umega lettings and appointed as property manager for the flat I rented from Umega has been very informative and extremely helpful. He is always contactable and is always prompt in answering questions and organizing anything that needs to be done. The minute I told him that I need to vacate the flat as my company transferred me to other country, he was so helpful and supportive to me to vacate the flat which went very smoothly . It was almost 4.4 years of my journey with Umega letting and never had a single instance of issue with Umega team in this journey. Whole team is very good and professional manner. Simon truly goes above and beyond to deliver wonderful, personalized property management of the highest standard. I have rented several properties both domestically and internationally and in our experience first-rate property managers are hard to come by. Thank you Simon! Thank you Umega team. GoogleWe recently signed our lease to our new property with Umega! So far myself and my boyfriend have been delighted with the staff from we applied to view the property with Kim to preparing to pick up our keys!! Kim has been so helpful and been able to answer all our questions. We had a bad experience with our previous letting agents and so far we have been more than impressed with Umega and can’t wait to move into our new property!
