GoogleI've not had any issues with Umega. Helpful and prompt service if I have had any issues with flat or surrounding area. Recently there was an issue with flytipping and the problem was sorted the following day. Correspondence has also been quick and helpful regarding repairs or general queries. On a recent inspection Ben Craven was super helpful, got my intercom fixed straight away and was flexible around my work schedule by giving me enough time to plan.

GoogleIoni has been incredibly helpful during her time as the property manager of the property I rent, always keeping me up to date with the progress of repairs. She has been great to correspond with, and I would recommend Umega as an agent based on my experience with her.

GoogleUmega were great, initially really hard to get hold of someone as no direct call line unless you’re already a customer, but the Director came straight back after a plea for help to get in touch. Umega went out of their way to arrange viewings that worked around my timeline as I was travelling to and from London, Chris was really efficient, helpful and friendly and we are really happy with the property we’ve found through them.

My property manager, Naidene, was very responsible and always responded quickly to my emails, handling issues efficiently. I would definitely choose this agency again for future rentals!

The service and care from this company is so bad. Also, their property managers heavily use AI in their email replies so it never feels like you talk to anyone authentically. I've been with them for 5 years, but the past 2 years have been particularly bad. I could go into detail about what we have experienced but just trust me, avoid them at all costs.

GoogleAs a landlord, we get excellent service from Umega. They have proactively addressed a number of maintenance issues in our flat.
