GoogleRecently went through the Letting’s process with Umega and are due to move in on the 9th. Can honestly say it was the smoothest process I have ever experienced with an agency. From the point we views the property to signing the lease it was less than a week and the team were super responsive. A massive thank you to Alison in particular for all of her help.

GoogleUmega Lettings is truly a vibrant company! I'm in Scotland through an EU program for young entrepreneurs to exchange experience and Umega Lettings in Edinburgh was recommended to me as an outstanding one. It is currently one of few B Corporation certified enterprises in Scotland where one of values is being the best not IN the town but FOR the town. These values spread over both the staff and customers before hitting the town. In Umega Lettings office there are lots of smiles and laughter which can tell you a lot, too.

GoogleAs a landlord, I thought I was experienced and I thought I have been renting my property myself for years, successfully too! However last year when the regulations changed regarding compliance I was really struggling to keep my properties legally up to date. I contacted Umega and dealt with Jacqueline who was incredibly helpful and shared all the knowledge I would need to continue being a landlord myself, however with the great service I opted to use Umega instead and it was the best decision I made this year.

Their staff are friendly and helpful; special thanks to Alison, who was so kind and helpful during my moveout process and patiently answered my (many) questions. GoogleWe are very happy with Umega letting for around 3 years with them! Here are the points: 1. They reply emails very promptly! 2. Their maintenance is very good, once you report a repair, they will arrange it with email confirmation and mentioning the engineer detail 3. The termination service is sooo smooth. We sent our request two days ago and they confirmed it today, with the potential withdrawal money for our paid rent! Today is Friday, they said the money will be in our account on Monday, what an amazing service! We can’t be more recommending this to you!
