GoogleAfter many years of property inspections, it was such a breath of fresh air to have Lydia Keogh from Umega visit my home. She was thorough and professional yet friendly kind and considerate. Being treated as a respected tenant rather than a number made all the anxiety of the inspection disappear!

GoogleI was renting via Umega for the past 6 years and I only left because my landlord decided to sell so I had to move. The service Umega provided was absolutely outstanding and I have nothing but praise for my property manager Sarah Strachan and her team: very responsive, friendly and professional throughout. GoogleOffered to move our original booking to a later time but then didn't update their system. Arrived at the address and called as no one was there to meet us. Got told that they couldn't let us in as we had missed our appointment at 10 taking no ownership that it was their fault for not updating their system. Also did not offer to try and help in anyway saying that we should have checked for a confirmation email. Despite it being their fault they didn't offer to squeeze us in at the end of the day...very disappointed as we had travelled a fair way to see this house.

We had an issue with our heating grant popped in to help as our son has disability and special needs . Next day engineer from Umega popped out and fixed the issue very happy with the outcome heating back on .

Francesca was lovely to work with during the viewing and letting process. Nicola and Naidene have been prompt in getting back to us when we've had any concerns and getting any repairs sorted.
