GoogleHaving comfortably found a flat in Edinburgh, i was then notified that we would be living adjacent to a swingers club. Then the landlord refuse to let us move in on the agreed date (Forcing us to pay for 2 months we didn't need), and finally after signing everything but the lease we were told that the rent had to go up at least £100 because the landlady wanted more than the already extortionate prices. Simply the flat company are useless, they are more interested in appeasing greedy Landlords than the people who are paying them. Stubborn, ball-less, incompetent, idiots.
I Wouldn't recommend obviously. Pretty sure it is illegal what they allowed to happen.

I think it's a real shame that Superman's girlfriend has nothing better to do than go on line and post fake reviews just because we are getting positive feedback from genuine landlords and tenants.
I can assure you all of our reviews are 100% real and the reason we know this is because you can see their profiles on Google and see they have posted about other businesses unlike your account which has only posted a single 1 star review against our company.
The other reason we know the other reviews are real is because we have their details on our data base again unlike you as no one by the name of "Loise Lane" has ever been a landlord with The Flat Company or contacted us with any form of complaint.

The reason no one showed up for both viewings is because they were being conducted by the tenants themselves and therefore a representative for our company was not supposed to be at the viewing. The reason for this is because many of our tenants prefer to have the flexibility to carry out their own viewings and they are excellent ambassadors for the properties themselves.
Another complaint regarding this method of viewing has also recently been raised so we have taken steps to ensure this problem does not occur again.
We hope you will contact us so that we can arrange an accompanied viewing for you and your time has not been completely wasted.
