The property manager Megan has been very helpful at every stage of the process, answering quickly to all enquires I had, responding not only to my questions, but also proactively checking with me if all was well. Very good experience so far.

GoogleWe've been renting a flat with this company for year and a half. During the first months, we had a few problems with communication between us and the agents. But after that, we finally had an agent, Elona Smith, who did an amazing job. Every doubt or problem we were emailing her about, she was contacting us super fast and very efficient. A great job that made our experience much better.

GoogleHad a great experience using the Flat Company as a letting agent for my tenanted property. Jill V really came through for me as I had a previous terrible experience with another letting agent who gave me absolutely terrible service, but Jill and her colleagues were totally brilliant!

GoogleThe Flat Company helped us get our first place upon moving to Edinburgh and were always very professional, kind, and very quick to respond to emails -- which I think is an underrated quality of a great letting agent. And the fact that we arrived in August (in mid-festival frenzy) makes their even-keeled approach even more appreciated. A first-rate team, and I'd highly recommend them.

GoogleHi All. I am abroad most of my time and take a "hands off" approach to managing properties. I find that the Flat Company provides a friendly and efficient service which fully supports this type of approach. Lauren Mill - Property Manager & Chis Mc Bain - Maintenance Head (and their Teams) ensure that my properties are well managed and maintained to the necessary standards. For me that means no hassle / no worries and my properties have tenants occupancy for the majority 99% of the time. Silent Running from the Team members working at the Flat Company :-)

GoogleI have been renting my property through The Flat Company now for many years. Yes, there have been ups and downs but never with the management team looking after the property. Covid meant the flat was empty for several more months that I had budgeted for but The Flat Company did all they could to let it as soon as there was a possibility. Lowering the rent of course ensued but I have confidence we will hopefully soon make up for the unlet time and the lower income. Lauren Mill in particular has been very involved with my property for several years and her attention to detail and service is exemplary. She is a star.

GoogleI've lived in a TFC flat for two years and have to say they're the best letting agents I've had in Edinburgh. Our representative and main contact has been Lauren Mill and she has been incredibly supportive and prompt in dealing with any issues that came up, pretty much always replying same day or next! She has been so helpful throughout the whole tenancy and made the agency feel much more personal. The Flat Company has real people behind it who really care for the tenants!
